Keynote Talk with Andy Wright:
What does a happy, healthy creative business look like? There are many metrics for understanding what makes our businesses profitable.
We look at utilisation, productivity, awards won, client profitability.
These metrics tell half the story, but what about the other half? The health and happiness of our people? The capacity of our managers and leaders to lead? The systems and processes that contribute to healthy and not unhealthy outcomes.
Join Andy Wright, CEO of Streamtime and Founder of Never Not Creative, as he unpacks learnings from research partnerships with mental health leaders, conversations with creative business leaders and collaboration with The Centre For Transformative Work Design.
