The brief

Cloudtech approached us with a positioning problem. After being in the industry for over a decade their was still a misconception of who they were and what they did. Their customers did not associate them with their business, they were seen as sales people for the products they sold. This meant they had little to no brand presence in their market.

They needed to reposition their business so it was clear what they did and what they DID NOT do. They needed substance behind their brand that gave their audience clarity and allowed them to have confidence to the market.

The Design Response

To address this project we first focused on the business’ current name and how it was interpreted by the customers. We then worked on renaming the business to something that was more solution-based. The name that landed for client and audience was optimate.me.

Once the name was nailed we worked on creating a brand identity that communicated the structure and positioning of the business and developed messaging that communicated exactly who they are and how they service their customers.

The output of this project was a full rebrand. Brand strategy, new logos, guidelines, website, sales and marketing material, digital and social comms, copywriting, animation, and video content.

As a result of this epic overhaul the team at Optimate.me have a brand that they are proud of and excited to drive forward. They are attracting the right customers and their audience fully understand what they deliver.
