Fresh From The Field — Skyzer Brand Photography – By Richards Partners

3 years ago by

Fresh from the Field is a weekly article series sharing the fresh and inspiring work of our Design Assembly community.

By using colour as the primary spokesperson along with elements of surrealism, Richards Partners developed a unique suite of brand photography for Skyzer which works hard to introduce a surprise-factor — tones of the unexpected.

The Brief:

After working with Skyzer to develop a refreshed brand strategy and visual identity, Richards Partners was engaged to create a unique suite of brand photography for Skyzer’s new series of coloured terminals. These terminals are a game-changer — customisable to feature any brand colour imaginable.

The brand photography suite needed to inspire and intrigue viewers and encapsulate the brand essence, ‘Exceed the Expected’ — a nod to the purchasing experience — where every last detail needs to be on-brand.

The Design Response:

Creating four unique scenes that would speak to the specific target markets of the Skyzer terminals — Retail / Fashion, Make-up / Beauty, Restaurant / Bar, Fast Food / Diner — Richards Partners used colour as the primary spokesperson for the Skyzer point of difference.

With elements of surrealism coming through the prop choice and placement, the photography works hard to introduce a surprise-factor — tones of the unexpected.

Richards Partners worked with The Collective Force, Toaki Okano (photographer), and Kayla Jurlina (stylist) to bring this Skyzer vision to life.
