Kia ora team,

Uncertainty is a huge factor in stress. The current level 3 in Auckland affects those outside the city boundaries, and we know that the full spectrum of our design community is feeling uncertain and unsettled right now while we are in this holding pattern and await updates as to what the governments next steps are. We are here for you – and we will get through this together!

This morning we wanted to check in and share some resources on getting through this difficult time from All Right?

Getting through together – Whāia E Tātou Te Pae Tawhiti is a national mental health and wellbeing campaign to help New Zealanders get through the aftermath of Covid-19 – together. Our whakataukī, Whāia E Tātou Te Pae Tawhiti means we’re working together, as a nation, to pursue our future.
