Fresh From The Field — Aroha from Afar by McCarthy

1 month ago by

At this tough time, it’s more important than ever for us to be kind, keep in touch and band together. This Fresh From The Field features All Right? an incredibly important campaign by McCarthy for the Mental Health Foundation. The delightful illustrations, humanist lettering and warm messaging share simple things we can do to look after ourselves and others as we navigate the covid-landscape.

If you have new or recent work that you would like to share in Fresh from the Field email  nicole@designassembly.org.nz  for details.

The brief:

Four days before lockdown we were tasked to create a nationwide campaign to help remind people of the small things they could do to help well being and kindness in these crazy covid times.

The response:

The timeframes meant we had to work rapidly to create a simple and easy to replicate campaign across a number of channels. Working in a collaborative manner with our clients All Right? and The Mental Health Foundation through zoom meetings, a series of icons, illustrations, motion and radio were created acting as simple reminders that if we all play our part we will get through this together.
