Entries for the 2025 Australian Good Design Awards are now open. This year’s theme invites designers and creatives to showcase their vision for progress. For more than 65 years, the Australian Good Design Awards have set the benchmark for design excellence and innovation. Recognising outstanding achievements across communication and graphic design, product design, digital experiences and more, these Awards celebrate the most forward-thinking designers, creators and visionaries in the industry.

New for 2025: Concept Design Discipline

This year introduces the Concept Design discipline, celebrating the power of ideas in shaping the future. This category welcomes early-stage concepts, pre-production projects, and forward-thinking designs across all disciplines. Aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, it highlights design’s critical role in fostering a sustainable and equitable future

The Good Design Tick™ – A Mark of Excellence

Winning a Good Design Award grants recipients the prestigious Australian Good Design Award, more commonly known as the Good Design Tick – a globally recognised symbol of design excellence, innovation and quality. This trusted mark gives award-winning brands instant credibility and ensures they stand out in a competitive market.
