Juno Gin 2023 Blank Canvas Artist Call
Following the on-going success of Juno’s Blank Canvas competitions in 2021 and 2022, Juno Gin are now seeking artist submissions for their 2023 Seasonal Gin Releases.
Each Artist Series bottle featured original artwork by four artists from across New Zealand, selected from Juno’s inaugural Blank Canvas call out, which invited local artists and designers to contribute to the creation of the 2021 seasonal gin labels.
The theme for 2023 is “Free Your Spirits” and your task is to bring to life what “Free Your Spirits Across The Seasons” looks like in your chosen season (Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring). Your design needs to have a clear connection to New Zealand, presented on a black background with the Juno logo in Copper Foil.

Articulate and bring to life what “Free Your Spirits Across The Seasons” looks like in your chosen season and present this on a black background with the Juno logo in Copper Foil, with a clear connection to New Zealand.
Feel free to utilise the copper in your design to add effect.
The prize:
There are four prizes up for grabs – one for each seasonal gin release. The winners of each label will be given $1000 cash and a 2023 seasonal release 4 pack of gin.
How to enter:
You may submit up to four designs (one for each season), send artwork to cjones@strategycollective.co.nz with your name and details.
Key dates:
Entries are now open – close October 25th 2022.
Judging to commence 1st November 2022.
Winners announced Monday 12th December 2022.
