DA’s End of Year Wrap Up
So, we’ve come to the end of another year, and what an interesting one 2016 has been…
We’d like to wish everyone in our design community a safe and happy festive season, and look forward to seeing you again in 2017. We’ll be back on board as of Monday, January 9th.
We’ve been planning ahead to bring you some fantastic events, workshops, and opportunities next year. We’ve also recently been updating our website with a fresh, new look.
We’re very excited to present our first semester of workshops for Auckland 2017, and also have our Adobe Creative Jam coming up on February 16th. Another Auckland evening event to look out for is our Type Swilling Social Night in May with Nicole Arnett Phillips. Both should be loads of fun.
Christchurch and Wellington creatives: we’ll be organising your workshops line up very soon. Keep an eye on the site early next year…
Design Assembly will continue to provide a wide range of inspiring online content for our graphic design community. We were delighted to launch our Conversations series in August, and were fortunate enough to interview leading creatives: Dr Welby Ings, Kate Alexander, Annie Dow, Kelvin Soh, and Jonathan Sagar. Do have a listen if you haven’t already. Thanks to all for giving your time and sharing your inspiration with fellow designers.
