SPRING CONVERSATIONS: Design & New Horizons | Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland
Join us at Spring Conversations: Design & New Horizons to explore that which exists beyond our line of sight – past the immediate and the obvious.
Together, we will examine, discuss and expand our individual and collective ideas about design – What is it? What could it be? Where does its value lie now, and next?
This season, we’re shaking Spring Conversations up with dynamic workshop formats, designed to give you a chance to chat, debate and connect with your local design community and explore fresh ideas that will shape the future of design.
Why should you attend our Spring Conversations?
Inspiration: Hear from others as they provoke, interrogate and engage with their interpretation of the future of design.
Active Participation: Engage in a hands-on workshop where you’ll collaborate with fellow designers to envision the future of design.
Collective Insight: We’ll reconvene to share insights, ideas, and possibilities, considering what steps we can take together as a community.
Our speakers:
Karl Wixon: A founder and award-winning leader who designs futures and makes shift happen.
James Walton: A managing director who loves to challenge convention and explore innovative pathways for the future.
Billy Baxter: A well-travelled, passionate and multi-awarded crafter and design director.
