Our client is a Social Media agency, located in South Auckland, who support for purpose businesses. They are looking for a Senior Account Manager for a 12 month maternity contract.  This is an Auckland based role, where you will be working fully remote, however you will need to be available to travel for client meetings, shoots etc as required.

With 1 direct report, this role is responsible for the client experience, account performance, enhancing creative outputs and the positive delivery of projects from brief to de-brief.

You will have 5+ years professional experience managing client accounts/budgets/customer experience, specifically in the social media space, including organic can paid and experience working with brand guidelines to develop digital creative/assets/content.

With a passion for Social Media, you will have the ability to remain abreast of, and engaged with, the fast-changing social media landscape and a comprehensive, up-to-date understanding of digital marketing & social media principles.

Knowledge and experience working with the following software/platforms: Sprout Social (or equivalent social CMS), Google Workspace, Trello, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Etc. is preferred.

This is an immediate start contract, 20 hours/week initially, stepping up to 40 hours in November.  If working on purpose driven campaigns is your passion and are available for this role, apply now.
