Marketing Customer Experience Manager – Contract
Our client is a well loved national sports team, looking for a Marketing Customer Experience Manager to cover their current season, through til end of March.
As a key decision maker, the core responsibilities of the role are to develop and implement the marketing strategy and to manage the Customer Experience. These two components are central to achieving key commercial outcomes across corporate hospitality, membership, ticketing, merchandise and data acquisition whilst maintaining and strengthening the brand.
Experience with multichannel marketing is essential, including digital marketing, social channels, and creative thinking around other ways they can market utilising sponsors marketing channels, other sports organisations, community groups etc. You will manage the relationship with their media partner and work on radio ads, digital billboards, alongside being the day to day contact with sponsors marketing teams in terms of game day activations and content. There is weekly EDM’s to three databases, which you will create and manage.
You will manage the social media executive, working with them on strategy and content.
This is a small passionate team, who do great work on tight budgets, and all muck in to get the job done. You will be stepping into a busy time, you will need to be flexible, adaptable and accountable and ideally someone who can bring ideas and is happy to try new things.
Please note there is some weekend work involved for game days.
