Are you looking for a 12-month contract with a New Zealand brand success story that is growing exponentially in the ecommerce space?

You are a Content and Design Specialist and keen to build a brand that really resonates with customers by producing and facilitating the creation of quality, high performing content and assets for use on owned and third-party channels.


Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Content and Design.
Production of on-brand high-performing creative assets from concept to delivery including photography, video and digital imagery.
Collaborate with and manage external content creators to produce photos and video content for use across paid ads, websites, and campaigns.
Design content and assets for the wider team including website content, advertisements, promotional materials, POS, posters, event materials and other marketing and sales-related content, in conjunction with the channel owners.
Organise and optimise the content library ensuring it is kept up to date and on-brand.
Create and manage content on the company websites ensuring they are up to date and meets brand standards.
Create video and image content for use on social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube).
Support, coordinate and art direct on photo and video shoots.
Develop and manage third party content production programmes.
Prepare and share content performance reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing data.


Be a champion for the brand and ensure it is represented to the best effect and in-line with guidelines in the production of all content and design assets.
Support the creative development, design and maintenance of the brand guidelines and brand assets.


Research competitive and peer brand products by identifying and evaluating their content and social strategies and value propositions.
Foster a strong internal understanding of products, including key features, and differentiated value propositions.
Assist in the implementation of new sales and marketing focused initiatives, processes and procedures.
Complete any other relevant activities or tasks, as required.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Skills, Experience & Education

3+ years in a similar role. eCommerce industry and/or consumer products experience a bonus
An eye for good design and an ability to create great high-performing content
Strong understanding of digital marketing and what makes an engaging ad
Very experienced with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Competent with Google Suite
Experience designing, producing and editing content for Meta and TikTok
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A high level of attention to detail is critical
A can-do attitude with a smart approach to problem-solving
A team player with the ability to get on with people at all levels
A design degree or similar qualification is preferred
