Are you skilled in video creation with knowledge of direct sales marketing and crafting engaging videos and graphics for social media advertising?

Our client is looking for an intermediate level Video Content Creator with a solid track record of producing compelling content including, Facebook ad campaigns, reels, VSLs, podcast recordings and production.

Located in Newmarket, Auckland, they help residential building and construction companies to grow their businesses by applying innovative strategies and teaching the basics.

In this role, you will work alongside their world-class team of thirty, consisting of a marketing strategist, project manager, copywriter, media buyer, marketing technician, editor and social media manager to produce creative assets for advertising campaigns, sales collateral (graphics and video), podcast production, and social media graphics. Based in a beautiful downtown co-working location with 2 days onsite and three from home.

What You Will Manage:

  • Whether it is a case study reel, podcast reel, or a Facebook ad for a lead magnet, your content will need to engage its audience, drawing them deeper into the sales funnel. You are across all things brand and function as the guardian. You will ensure that every piece of content from video, graphic design, or podcast aligns with and elevates the company’s core brand values.
  • Advertising creative mastery and strategy: With your deep understanding of direct sales marketing, you will craft ad variations that boost sales and captivate audiences. You will have an abundance of ideas for capturing case studies, positioning lead magnets, and creating engaging graphics.
  • Podcast production: You will ensure the team uses best practice when recording and producing the podcast. (There is an offshore team who you can use as a resource to assist with editing and a copywriter who will be taking care of show notes, captions etc…however they are missing a strategic eye when it comes to the promotional assets and recording quality of the podcast).



  • Advertising creative for lead magnets, webinars, and free resources
  • Produce short and long-form video for social media.
  • Shooting VSLs and longer form website and sales videos.
  • Short/Long form testimonials and case studies
  • Record the weekly podcast, implement quality control and creative direction.
  • Review creative content for quality control prior to going live.
  • Manage edits and revisions.
  • Report on key metrics for content (Views, engagement, calls booked)

  • Creative innovation: Constantly refine and innovate the content creation processes to stay ahead of the curve.


Who You Are:

  • Experienced: You have at least 3 years in content creation, specifically in a role that involves video production and direct-response marketing.
  • Strategically creative: You can craft the message, shoot the video, and analyse the data to see how well it flew.
  • You can work in a cross-functional team and love to collaborate and learn from people in other departments.
  • Tools of the Trade: You know your equipment—cameras, mics, lights. You can implement and experiment with the latest in content creation technology and software.
