Are you junior-level or a recent graduate who would love to join a busy, small fun team?  We are a recruitment agency located in Ponsonby, Auckland – we recruit for the advertising, design, digital and marketing industries.

We are looking for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in the working environment.  The role will cover administration and data entry, including a large part of your day working on new business email reachouts for our group (with teams in NZ, AU and UK).

Working closely each day with our senior co-ordinator, you will assist in being our client and candidate’s first port of call – answering the phones and greeting clients and candidates. During busy times, you will get to assist in website loading and social media.

You will have a positive and sunny personality, enjoying working in a collaborative environment, where nothing is too much trouble and you will be the first to put your hand up to help out.
