We are a boutique recruitment agency specialising in the creative industry.

We’re searching for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our small collaborative team for approximately 10 hours/week, across 2 days. This role is based in our Grey Lynn office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Weekly payroll
  • Reconciliations and end of month reporting
  • Managing cashflow
  • Debtor management
  • Managing tax payments

Candidates for this role will need:

  • Experience managing small business accounting and tax
  • Payroll experience
  • Solid experience with Xero (including payroll module)
  • To be highly organised, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • An accounting qualification would be a bonus
