Our client, a highly regarded insurance company are looking for a Content Coordinator to help upload content on their new bespoke Loyalty Platform. This is a 3 month contract with a mid January 2025 start.

In this role, your primary responsibilities include coordinating content setup and approvals, ensuring platform updates are timely and accurate, and maintaining a seamless user experience. You will load, test and publish content, support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, coordinate and deliver member communications such as emails, notifications, and various content pieces to promote the loyalty platform and regularly monitor & report member engagement metrics, such as platform logins, content views, and reward redemptions.

The right person for this role will hold a tertiary degree in Marketing / Business, with experience in supporting/coordinating loyalty platforms or programmes, measuring effectiveness of marketing campaigns and setting up content/website platforms. Working closely with their agency who is delivering the platform, you will ideally have exposure to agency coordination.

You will have excellent organisational, presentation and communication skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines & deliverables.

Highly desired is experience in the insurance industry, or financial or health services. You will have a great attitude, be resilient and adaptable and a drive to get things done.
