DA Online Event – Autumn Conversations: Studio Culture and Wellbeing in a Hybrid World

Design Assembly is delighted to present our DA Online Autumn conversations lunchtime panel coming up on 13 April where we’ll be discussing the topic of ‘Studio Culture and Wellbeing in a Hybrid World’.

Join us for a conversation that will take a look into how we (studios, designers, employees, managers) define this new hybrid culture, what it is, and what all levels of an organisation want to see across it.

Some topics we’ll be covering with our panel include:

• How do we maintain our studio’s team connectivity when half are teams are in person and half are remote?
• What are the things employees hope to see from their studio’s as we navigate this new hybrid world?
• How do owners/managers check in on their staff’s wellbeing when they’re not in person?
• More discussions spanning how we can create a better Employee Experience (EX)

This is a live online event held on zoom from 12.15pm – 1.30pm. Grab your sandwich, tea, coffee or kombucha and pull up a chair with your studio friends or in your WFH office. You can enter the event from 12pm on the day.

Incase you can’t make the event time, all registrations will receive a link to rewatch the panel discussion following the event.
