Textile Futures: Fashion design and technology.

Te Herenga Waka–Victoria University of Wellington’ Fashion Design programme is hosting a one-day expo as part of TW21 (Tech Week).

The annually held event aims to bring together researchers, educators, students and innovators engaged in sustainability, science, design and technology.
Through speakers, workshops, demos and an interactive exhibition, this one-day expo event explores technologies that alter the way we make, use, understand and feel about fashion and textiles.
The Fashion Innovation Expo is a free event and will be held Friday 28 May 9:00am – 4:00pm.
High school students and teachers, university students and staff, industry professionals and the general public are all invited to participate in person or online.
