Fresh from the field — Motion Sickness and Koala

6 months ago by

Our final Fresh from the Field for 2016 features new work from Motion Sickness for Australia’s Koala mattress company.

Koala is a young and innovative Australian company that has redefined the often-forgotten mattress industry over the ditch. Their fresh approach, delivering mattresses to your doorstep, has gone absolutely gangbusters throughout Australia. We were tasked with a challenge to introduce the Koala brand to the New Zealand market. This had to happen in a way that would resonate with the Kiwi audience’s slightly more refined palate and superior sporting ability.

In addition to the infomercial throwbacks, we have also been creating some more contemporary content for Koala’s social media presence, including photography, video and a branded animation video. Influencers were also engaged as a part of the social strategy, including icons such Jess Quinn and New Zealand netball star Kayla Cullen.
